Our Church is deeply rooted in His word, and will unapologetically preach and teach His word as given us by Him. Our doors are always open to those in and out of the community who are looking for a place to be on mission with likeminded followers of Jesus.

OUR CHURCH COMMUNITY
Placing You On the Path of Enlightenment
At House of Prayer, our doors are open to every soul seeking to welcome Jesus Christ into their hearts. We foster a community where we teach individuals to show their love for The Lord and for one another through worship and community service. Members of our church are those who build relationships with our family through community groups, volunteer activities, worship services or learning. We welcome all individuals seeking God’s love. We teach the doctrines of our Savior in prayer, and invite you to open up your hearts and allow his grace to penetrate into your soul and being. Pop in today and join our community.
THE MISSION OF THE CHURCH
House of Prayer has the honor of connecting people to God, Jesus Christ, and to one another in a loving and caring setting. It is our mission to empower our community to become disciples of God by learning the gospels and practicing his word.
The word “church” originates from the word “gathering” or “to gather”. This is why we so strongly cling to the notion that the church is not a building or a structure, but rather, the church is actually the believers themselves. We aim to maintain and foster a comfortable environment for our congregation to gather, build relationships, demonstrate love and share their knowledge. We believe that the Lord Almighty rewards those who take time out of each day to show their gratitude through prayer and spirituality.
A commandment of Christ
Why Get Baptized?
Jesus modeled it!
Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptized by John. 14 But John tried to deter him, saying, “I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me?” 15 Jesus replied, “Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness. [Matthew 3:13-15]
Jesus commanded it!
Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. (Matt 28:18-20) That should be enough reason for any true believer of the Lord Christ Jesus!
At Your Convenience
Funerals can help believers renew their vows with God. For people who have lost their way in the holy path of life, sacraments are a virtuous option to get back on track and remember our mission towards God. Come to House of Prayer for your Funerals, and always remember that no human life is meaningless in the eyes of God.
A Sacrament Worth Mentioning
House of Prayer performs biblically based matrimonies with grace. It is a great opportunity to rekindle a strong connection with God and our Savior. Some of our members who have experienced the sacrament in the past swear that it was a turning point in their religious lives — and remember it as a shift in which they became true believers.
